I AM

December 13, 2015

My hope still is to leave the world a bit better than when I got here.
~Jim Henson

Do you remember the moment when you decided to come into this world? Feel yourself back to the beginning and continue to know the excitement about being in this world but not of it. What an inner expansion! Your personal Big Bang! Even when you were introduced to the dos and don'ts of physical existence you still knew that you came into this life with perfect talents and unique gifts. Nothing could happen to you because you just arrived as a unique focal point of the infinite One, living in the knowing that you are loved beyond measure!

The talents and gifts in my case led me to become an animator. How funny is that, to give something inanimate the perception of life? To help birth never seen before creatures and to embark into worlds first seen through the mind's eye is a beautiful and fulfilling task. The storyteller in me emerged to allow these characters to interact with each other and the filmmaker came next to take the stories of my cast and to present it to this world. Here, the real magic happens when animated characters claim a beingnesss of their own through the wonderful and smile-filled interaction of children with them.

There is only love! The love of the creator, who loves to create and to infuse the love of creation into all s/he does and into everything the creation contains. It is in this love where the animator and the animated become one, where the story and the storyteller can not be told apart, and the filmmaker and the film merge into the playful light of the Divine that casts images of light and shadow on to an infinite screen of oneness where the creation, the creature and the creator merge all into the I AM.

Affirmation:
Today I rewrite my own story. I freely share my talents and gifts and I know that anything is possible in God!
