This Moment, One Moment

What is the now moment? What is that, which seems easy to understand intellectually yet difficult to truly live and be in? For this moment let's call it a reset-button; a rest-button that allows us to break the perceived continuum between past and future. 

We might examine our past and think about that, what we might believe worked out well or did not work out that well. Then we take these experiences and project them into our future, thus creating our life's experience. But, does it need to be that way? 

Take a deep breath and go within for a moment. Let this moment be the only experience that exists. This is this moment and this is what this moment is, nothing more, nothing less. Just, this moment!

While you might be sitting, standing or lying down, allow yourself to be aware that the floor, or the chair you might be sitting on supports you, that this universe supports you. In fact you are loved beyond any idea of human loving. God loved itself so much; It created Itself as your life. You are it! Allow yourself to accept this Truth. Let it wash over you and experience this moment as perfect. This moment simply is. God is good, you are loved and this is true no matter what your current physical experience might be.

At this moment you have the power to hit the reset-button. No past and no perceived future have power over you. This moment is perfect and there is no reason to assume the next moment will not be as perfect or the next one after that.

You can reset, revitalize and reincarnate whenever and wherever you are in your life. Moment to moment until there is the moment that there is only one moment.

Today I say yes to Life! I emphatically hit my God-is-Good reset button and let my life be an expression of my greater yet-to-be!
