Your sisters and brothers in Hawaii, especially the ones that went through the Lahina fires on Maui, are holding all the Los Angelinos in prayer! Please know that you are loved! You are supported! You are the renewal, the rebirth, and the vibratory field of peace within!

All the feelings and emotions of sadness, anger, worry, doubt and uncertainty are realities within our body temples. Yet at the same time the gratitude for the outpouring of love, kindness, goodness and grace become a new inner guard rail to hold on to and to know that God is right where you are!

Renewal is the process of restoring balance and harmony to our individual selves, our communities, and our environment. We achieve this through our practices of meditation, our prayers, and our personal rituals that honor Spirit, our own being, the settings and situations we find ourselves in and through the embrace of everyone and everything that came before us. Chanting a song or manta, talking story and lighting a candle, cherishing the beauty of a flower in our hands or simply breathing consciously can bring us back to the knowing of who we are and whose we are!

God is on the playing field because you are on the playing field and the more we can reconnect with the All that is in each and every one of us, we renew ourselves from within and by doing so we also renew the world around us.

Let us allow ourselves to tap into the energies of balance and reciprocity, cooperation with others, the kindness that supports us, nurtures us and shows us that love is the only way to move through any dark night of the soul. Love itself transcends all challenges!

You are that love, and you carry that light!
