In the Beginning, Gratitude!

We often think of gratitude as giving thanks for something in the here and now. If something appears that has happened which we consider to be good, then we are grateful. However, if we experience a situation or circumstance, which we simply consider to be favorable, we most of the time do not see a reason to give thanks.

Making giving thanks a response to something makes it the end point, a reaction, rather than a beginning point, a fresh start! We can be grateful just to be here now, just to be alive, just to be one with God! Life is happening right now, and our gratitude comes from knowing that God is good all the time.

With this understanding we do not need to spend our efforts trying to figure out why the different things are happening, but we get to live in the feeling tone that indeed all is well, regardless of circumstances.

This means we do not need to find the good in a particular circumstance! Instead of looking at a situation we remember that God is good always! There is no need to find God in human problems, instead we expand our awareness and understanding that everything is happening in God, including all of us right here and now!

Through allowing ourselves to dance into the vibration of gratitude and feeling gratitude within our body temples we attune ourselves to the divine rhythm of life, to the Divine essence of All that is. We get to dance with the all-good that God is and come into harmony with Spirit expressing Itself in, as and through us. In this here and now only good can flow from our being into this world when gratitude is at the beginning!

Today I dance with God. I am grateful for this divine dance, and I know my glass is overflowing. I enjoy the wine for my soul and I am grateful for All that is!
