Renew, Revitalize, Restore

The perfection of the living Spirit is right where you are! Through our own spiritual practice, through mediation, prayer, study and fellowship we have access to divine wisdom, to all that which is true no matter where we are in the Universe.

In our dense, three-dimensional human experience we encounter so many hypnotic effects where we unwittingly acquiesce our spiritual authority to be healthy, abundant, loving or joyous. We do need to stand firm in our spiritual power to be more loving in this human experience, no matter the relationship or situation. The love that we radiate through our beingness in return also supports our own health, our own body temple. Through our compassion and recognition of our oneness with all of life and through our awareness, through which we naturally tune in to divine wisdom, all our thoughts, actions and interactions become themselves life nurturing.

How do we transform the unease that so easily expresses as anger and frustration or the sense of being overwhelmed that contributes to disease? Through deep breaths we can create some space between ourselves and the energies of unease that we find ourselves confronted with. We are so much more than these energies and we do have the capacity to transmute them and allow them to change through our ability to simply observe and notice them. We get to settle back in to ourselves and quietly say "Oh, the living Spirit is breathing me!"

When we are in a loving, relaxed and mindful state and allow for a needed solution to come through us rather than us forcing a wanted outcome into manifestation, we are not compelled to react to an experience of unkindness with unkindness, but rather use our change-ability to energize and revitalize life and respond to any ignorance with unconditional love.

Affirmation:
The living Spirit that shines in, as and through me transmutes fear into excitement and limitations into opportunities. My prayer is set free and transforms words into messengers of love.
